Mr. Pham Ngoc Tu’s most recently known address is 2838 Aetna Way, San Jose, CA 95121, USA. If there is no response from Mr. Pham Ngoc Tu within one month since this notice is publicized on VOVWORLD, the Court will handle the case in his absence as stipulated by Vietnamese law.
