Dong Thap Court’s ruling on divorce case involving King In Yong, Ho Thi Kim Han

(VOVWORLD) - The Dong Thap provincial People’s Court informs Korean citizen Kim In Yong, born in 1962, about the ruling on the divorce case with Mrs. Ho Thi Kim Han.

Mr. Kim In Yong’s most recently known address is 163-2 Samjeong Ri Gulyong Poeup Nam Gu, Pohang city, Kyungsangbuk Do, the Republic of Korea. His passport number is GB0497063.

In the Decree of Divorce (No. 32/2017/HNGD-ST) dated August 15, 2017, the court’s judgements were stated as followed:

I.             Marital relationship:

1.            The court accepted Ho Thi Kim Han’s request to divorce Kim In Yong

2.            The court accepted Ho Thi Kim Han’s request to take care of their child, Kim Seryeong, born on January 2, 2008, who is currently living with her.

3.            Mr Kim In Yong is not required to provide financial support for their child.

4.            Ms. Ho Thi Kim Han and her family are not allowed to prevent Kim In Yong from visiting, educating, and taking caring of their child.

II.            Court fee and litigation costs:

1.            Ho Thi Kim Han is required to pay the first instance legal fee. The payments were deducted from the court fee advance she made on November 31, 2016 at the Dong Thap provincial Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement (Receipt No. 032494)

2.            Kim In Yong is not required to pay the first instance legal fee.

3.            Ho Thi Kim Han is required to pay the authorization fee. The payments were deducted from the court fee advance she made on August 15, 2016 at the Dong Thap provincial Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement (Receipt No. 0029714)

4.            Ho Thi Kim Han is required to pay the cost of public notice for VOVworld, the Voice of Vietnam. The payments were deducted from the advance she made on June 23, 2017.

III.           Right to appeal:

Ho Thi Kim Han has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 after the decree is announced. The duration for Kim In Yong to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 12 months after the decree is announced.

The Decree of Divorce will come into force if the above-mentioned duration expires without Kim In Yong’s appeal.
