(VOVWORLD) - The Binh Thuan provincial People's Court would like to inform Tanzania-based Export Avenue (T) Company, as the defendant; and Austria-based Raiffeisen Bank International AG and Standard Chartered Bank Tanzania Limited, as involved parties, of a trial involving a commodity contract dispute with Vietnam-based Thanh Thom company, as the plaintiff.
Export Avenue (T), whose legal representative is OCTAVIAN A.RWEGASIRA, is located on the 3rd Floor of ATC Building, Ohio Street, Garden Avenue, P.O Box 6851, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.
Raiffeisen Bank International AG is locates at Am Stadtpark 9, 1030 Vienna, Austria, and Standard Chartered Bank Tanzania Limited is located on the 1st Floor, International Business Shaaban Robert St, Garden Avenue, P.O Box 9011, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.
All the above-mentioned parties are requested to attend the court, which will convene at 8am (local time), January 31, 2018, at 16 Nguyen Tat Thanh street, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province, Vietnam.
If parties concerned are not present at the trial, the Binh Thuan provincial People’s Court will carry out necessary procedures as stipulated by law.
