The court will begin at 8am (local time), August 9, 2017, at the headquarters of the Quang Binh provincial People's Court on Tran Quang Khai road, Nam Ly ward, Dong Hoi city, Quang Binh province, Vietnam.
If Mr. Sim Jeong-bo is not present at the trial, the Quang Binh provincial People’s Court will carry out necessary procedures as stipulated by law.
