The second mediation session will be held at 2am (local time) on May 05, 2018.
The court will begin at 8am (local time), May 23, 2018 and a second trial will be held at 8am (local time), June 25, 2018 at No. 80, Tran Phu street, Ninh Son ward, Tay Ninh city, Tay Ninh province, Vietnam.
If Mr. Gim Insu is not present at both trials, the Tay Ninh provincial People’s Court will carry out necessary procedures as stipulated by law.
