(VOVWORLD) - The Thai Binh provincial People’s Court requests Korean citizen Jo, Jong Sik, born in 1969, attend a trial on the divorce case with Vietnamese citizen Nguyen Thi Dinh, born in 1982.
Mr. Jo, Jong Sik’s most recently known address is No. 174-47 Myonmok-dong, Chungrang-gu, Seoul, the Republic of Korea.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Dinh resides in Tho Bi hamlet, Tan Hoa commune, Vu Thu district, Thai Binh province, Vietnam.
The court will begin at 2pm (local time), May 14, 2018 and a second trial will be held at 2pm (local time), June 14, 2018 at No. 435 Tran Hung Dao street, Tran Hung Dao ward, Thai Binh city, Thai Binh province, Vietnam.
If Mr. Jo, Jong Sik is not present at both trials, the Thai Bin provincial People’s Court will carry out necessary procedures as stipulated by law.
