(VOVWORLD) - The Tay Ninh provincial People’s Court would like to inform Mr. Hermoza Soto Jorge Luis on the divorce case filed by Ms. Tran Xuan Mai.
Mr. Hermoza Soto Jorge Luis was born in 1970. His most recent known address is 527 West Thames St, Unit &, Norwich, Ct 06360, USA.
In the Decree of Divorce No. 67/2023/HNGĐ-ST dated July 24, 2023, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:
- Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mr. Hermoza Soto Jorge Luis and Ms. Tran Xuan Mai are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
- Children, shared assets and debts: There was no request for settlement.
- Court fee: Ms. Tran Xuan Mai has to pay 300,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt 0000297dated July 13, 2022 of the Tay Ninh Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.
- Judicial entrustment fee: Ms. Tran Xuan Mai has to pay 200,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 0000478 dated December 08, 2022 of the Tay Ninh Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.
Mr. Hermoza Soto Jorge Luis has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 30 days after the decree is announced.
