(VOVworld)-Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan calls for the integration of tuberculosis prevention and control into socio-economic development target. He was speaking at a meeting in Hanoi on Sunday in response to World Tuberculosis Day on March 24 and a walking programme entitled “Anti-TB for Community Health”. The Deputy Prime Minister highlights Vietnam’s anti-TB goal by  2030:“Relevant ministries and sectors, social and economic organizations and all the people should be active in the fight against TB for the health of the community. The Ministry of Health, the Vietnam Red Cross Society in collaboration with the National TB Control Programme should map out more drastic action program to half the number of TB cases by 2015 and leave Vietnam out of the world list of 22  countries with largest number of TB victims by 2030”
