(VOVworld) - The 13th ASEAN Senior Officials Meeting on Transnational Crime (SOMTC) will take place from June 18 to 21 in Da Nang city. Present will be 10 ASEAN member countries, the ASEAN Secretariat, its dialogue partners and international organizations. High on the agenda will be the fight against terrorism and human trafficking. Besides plenary meetings, the ASEAN heads of delegations will discuss experiences, and measures to strengthen cooperation  against transnational crimes. There will also be consultative meetings with ASEAN dialogue partners, namely China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, the EU and the US.
