Kien Giang, Ca Mau conduct joint sea patrol
(VOVWORLD) - The Steering Committees for IUU Fishing Prevention of Kien Giang and Ca Mau province have organized a joint patrol and inspection of fishing activities from Kien Giang and Ca Mau province.

This will be an opportunity for the two provinces to exchange experience in IUU fishing prevention and address obstacles facing the coastguards.
Le Van Su, Vice Chairman of Ca Mau province’s People’s Committee said: "Leaders of the two provinces conducted patrols to inspect IUU fishing prevention at sea and the enforcement of regulations. We made all necessary preparations to receive a working delegation of the European Union. We have also strengthened communications on prevention of IUU fishing."
