Vice Spokeswoman for the Vietnamese Foreign Ministry, Pham Thu Hang, said on Friday that according to the Vietnamese Embassy in Malaysia, 3 suspects were arrested and the victim was being taken care of at a local hospital during her recovery, and was being asked to help police investigations.
