(VOVworld) - The World Bank, the State Bank of Vietnam, and the Vietnam Bank for Investment and Development have reviewed the 3rd phase of the finance project for rural development, employment and poverty reduction.

Speaking at the workshop in Hanoi on Monday, Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai pledged transparent and efficient use of the loan: “I request the State Bank of Vietnam and partner agencies to draw experience and expand the project in the future. This is an excellent ODA funded project and we need to draw lessons from it so as to accelerate the disbursement of the remaining 21 billion dollars of ODA not yet disbursed.”
