He said that Ankara could make radical decisions if the EU continues “double standards” and breaks its promises to Turkish citizens. The deal between Brussels and Ankara to prevent the flow of illegal migrants entering into Euro has been struck by disagreements over Turkey’s counter-terrorism law which the EU wants to see brought in line with EU’s standards. Turkey has accused the EU of giving additional conditions to the agreement which means to give Turkish citizens visa-free travel.

Last Friday, EU’s Interior Ministers adopted an emergency mechanism allowing European countries to suspend visa-free travels for Turkey and other countries if they violate EU’s fundamental conditions.
