Activities mark 100th anniversary of Russian October Revolution
(VOVWORLD) - The Hanoi People’s Committee will host a national-level meeting celebrating the 100th anniversary of Russia’s October Revolution (November 17) on Sunday with over 3,500 people attending.
Cultural and art exchanges will be taking place across the city.
The Dong Nai People’s Committee and the provincial Union of Friendship Organizations on Tuesday held a ceremony to recall the historical significance Russia’s October Revolution. Russia treasures its comprehensive strategic partnership with Vietnam, a long-term trustworthy friend. Russian Consulate General Aleksey V. Popov said at the event.
