The Fund for Children Protection in Binh Duong province organized a program entitled “Spring for disadvantaged children” to present gifts for 350 children, each worth 25 USD. More than 40 enterprises donated nearly 100,000 USD to the Fund. In Truong Son commune of Quang Binh province, the local authority, the War Veterans’ Association, and Mobiphone company held a program to present Tet gifts to 14 extremely poor households.
The Ba Ria-Vung Tau province’s Confederation of Labor also granted 500 Tet gifts to poor workers in the province.
