(VOVworld)- A high-ranking delegation led by Chairman of the National Assembly of Cambodia Heng Samrin begins a two-day visit to Vietnam on Saturday at the invitation of his Vietnamese counterpart Nguyen Sinh Hung. Heng Samrin will attend a ceremony to mark the 35th victory day of the Southwestern border war and Cambodia's victory over the Pol Pot genocidal regime (January 7).
