Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh

(VOVworld)- Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh will attend and deliver a key note at a high-ranking discussion session of the 69^th UN General Assembly, which will be held from September 22 to October 10 in New York. On the sidelines of the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister will attend a series of meetings include UN Climate Summit, Informal ASEAN Ministerial Meeting (IAMM), ASEAN-CELAC Foreign Ministers’ Meeting, ASEAN-ECO Ministerial Meeting, and ASEAN-US Ministerial Meeting. He will also meet with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.
