(VOVworld)- Several international cruises docked at central region on Tuesday bringing foreign tourists to world heritages and landscapes in the region. Chan May port in Thua Thien Hue province welcomed the Celebrity Millennium of Malta nationality with more than 2,100 passengers. Tourists visited cultural and historical relics, and scenic spots in Hue, Da Nang, and Hoi An. This is the 3^rd time Celebrity Millennium docked at Chan May port promising a prosperous year for Thua Thien Hue province’s tourism sector. Meanwhile, Tien Sa port in Da Nang city welcomed the Star Cruises of Malaysian nationality, which has 1,400 international tourists on board. Tran Chi Cuong, Deputy Director of Da Nang’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism says: “Amidst difficulties forecast for this year, the arrival of the ship showed a good sign for Da Nang’s tourism. In addition to welcoming and presenting flowers to tourists, the flower street is an attractive destination for them”.

Nha Trang city welcomed the Netherlands’ Voledam cruise with more than 1,400 international tourists, who then visited Thap Ba tower, Long Son pagoda, Nha Trang Bay and participated in a countryside tour.
