Iran, IAEA deal to be extended conditionally
(VOVWORLD) - The three-month monitoring deal between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), which expired last Saturday, will be conditionally extended for another month, according to Iran’s Supreme National Security Council.

The extension is intended to give the Vienna talks a chance to revive the 2015 nuclear deal officially known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
Delegates have said talks on revitalizing the JCPOA are progressing, although key issues remain unresolved. The delegates could reconvene in Vienna as early as Tuesday.
