He discussed the importance of resilience and determination as well as bravery, honesty, and hard work. Nick said: “Bring in a spirit within your workplace of generosity and integrity. What I talk about are real things. A strong leader can be a humble leader, can be a servant. But I need to be the best husband. I can be more than the best CEO. I need to be the best father for my son before I’m the best CEO.  The way that we live, that way instill practices and principles for the next generations”.

Nick, born on December 4, 1982, is a Serbian Australian with tetra-amelia syndrome, a rare disorder characterized by the absence of arms and legs. He has traveled to 24 countries on five continents to give talks and inspire young people to overcome the challenges in their lives. The organizing board presented 24 cups and savings books worth 20 million VND each to 24 strong-willed people and 10 insignias and gifts to 10 philanthropists.
