(VOVworld) – Another 180 Vietnamese who were guest workers in Libya arrived in Hanoi Tuesday on the final chartered flight of Vietnam Airlines under a 3-day contract with the Republic of Korea’s Hyundai Engineering & Construction Company. These workers flew first to Cairo on 2 charter flights of Libya Airlines. According to the Vietnam Manpower Supply and Commercial Joint Stock Company (Vinamex), as of Monday 458 out of the 682 Vietnamese workers employed by Hyundai E&C had been evacuated to Egypt on 5 Libya Airlines flights. The remaining 224 workers are expected to be airlifted to Cairo on Tuesday before flying home on commercial flights.
