(VOVworld) – The National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Monday begins its 50^th session to discuss the implementation of socio-economic tasks and state budget since the beginning of this year and measures to accomplish activities set tasks in the second half of the year.

Other issues to be discussed include a draft program on the National Assembly and National Assembly Standing Committee’s supervisory work for 2017 and a law-making program for 2016.

In the morning the Minister of Planning and Investment reported on the implementation of socio-economic development tasks in the 1^st half of the year and measures to accomplish tasks until the end of the year. The Minister of Finance reported on the state budget and the Heads of the National Assembly’s Economics, Finance, and Budget Committees delivered reports on their sectors.
