It has cooperated with other museums to display and preserve historical items, conduct research, and organize conferences and communications events.
Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism Nguyen Ngoc Thien says: “I ask the Vietnam National Museum of History, as a leading museum and national cultural center, to apply technology to researching, collecting, preserving, and promoting heritages. It’s important to build a middle- and long-term action plan and identify specific activities to make it an attractive venue for Vietnamese and foreign tourists.”

The museum is holding an exhibition called “Renewal – a journey of dreams” to celebrate Vietnam’s 30 years of renewal.
