Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang told the conference that in the context of multiple regional and global challenges, press agencies and journalists must work to promptly share the difficulties with the majority of people in society, and be more responsible in shaping public opinion.

He urged journalists to foster firm stances and be more responsible and proactive. Quang said the Ministry of Information and Communications needs to pay attention to financial needs for press agencies and ensure that the press agencies operate promptly according to their mottoes.
