President Truong Tan Sang attended a ceremony to mark the 15th anniversary of Ha Nam province’s re-establishment on December 30. In his speech at the celebration, President Sang praised Ha Nam's socio-economic achievements over the past 15 years, which have given the province a facelift and added fresh impetus for stronger development in the future. The provincial economy has been drastically restructured with agriculture, forestry and fishery now accounting for 20 percent; industry and construction 50 percent; and services 29 percent.
