President Nguyen Xuan Phuc receives newly accredited foreign ambassadors

At a meeting with Ernest Mbaimba Ndomahina, Sierra Leone Ambassador to Vietnam, President Phuc said he hopes the ambassador will help leverage bilateral trade and economic ties to a new height.

President Phuc told Nepalese Ambassador Ganesh Prasad Dhakal that Vietnam has always treasured its ties with Nepal and hopes the two countries will further bilateral cooperation in culture, tourism, and trade.

Receiving Guatemala Ambassador Carlos Humberto Jiménez Licona, President Phuc said Vietnam has great potential for trade and investment which is an advantage to enhance cooperation with Guatemala. President Phuc urged the two countries to boost bilateral ties at multilateral forums and in peacekeeping operations and sustainable development.

Meeting with Ambassador of Maldives, Mohamed Jinah, President Phuc said the two countries should strengthen cooperation in tourism, maritime sector, and climate change response.

At a meeting with Ambassador Jaime Yorquis Francisco Rodriguez,  President Phuc praised the Dominican for its plan to open an Embassy in Vietnam saying that this is an important event for the two countries to step up bilateral ties in all aspects.
