Prime Minister lauds Japanese investment in Vietnam
(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc praised Japanese businesses’ investment and contributions to socio-economic development in Vietnam at a reception on Wednesday in Hanoi for Kanji Hayama, former president of Japan’s Taisei Corporation.

Mr. Phuc said the Vietnamese government is committed to creating favorable conditions for Japanese investors to do business in Vietnam.
He also spoke highly of Taisei Corporation’s contributions of constructing many large-scale infrastructure projects. Mr. Phuc said he hopes Taisei will continue its good performance in Vietnam, which enhances Vietnam - Japan ties.
Mr. Hayama expressed his gratitude for support from Vietnam for Taisei’s operations in Vietnam. He said he believes Taisei is fully committed to supporting the future development of Vietnam.
