(VOVworld) – Russian Minister of Economic Development Aleksey Uliukaev has said Russia may discuss Ukraine’s economic issues with international organizations, the US, and the EU.
He refused to talk about Russia’s views in possible negotiations, saying that Russia needs more information. The statement was made following the EC’s suggestion that Russia’s involvement in financial support for Ukraine is important.
