(VOVworld) – Spain and Morocco have arrested 10 people for allegedly recruiting and grooming fighters for the IS in Iraq and Syria. The Spanish Interior Ministry said Sunday that the suspects were part of a network that recruits, indoctrinates and sends foreign fighters to fight for IS in Syria and Iraq. Several European countries and North African countries are making efforts to prevent their citizens from joining IS, calling on them to return to their homes and join the fight against terrorism.
