(VOVworld) - Police clashed in London on Tuesday with thousands of students protesting a government plan to cut the education budget and raise tuition fees. 11 protestors were arrested.
A peaceful demonstration near the Parliament building turned violent with protesters throwing rocks at police and breaking barricades in Parliament Square, injuring 3 people.
