(VOVworld) - Vietnam strongly condemns attacks on innocent civilians and sympathizes with the immense grief and loss suffered by the families of victims of the truck crash in Berlin and recent shootings in Switzerland.

Foreign Ministry’s spokesperson Le Hai Binh said that no Vietnamese victims have been reported in the Berlin truck attack. Upon learning the news, the Vietnamese embassy in Germany immediately contacted authorities and Vietnamese associations in Germany for information. The embassy has launched a round-the-clock hotline 491625391500 to acquire information and provide timely support for Vietnamese citizens in case of danger.
