Mr. Phong asked Mr. Lortholary’s to work to increase collaborative activities which focus on students, young businesspeople, and youth start-ups.

The French Ambassador said he hopes the Vietnam-France relationship, particularly in youth cooperation, will work toward common development targets. He stressed the important role of the youth in fostering the two countries friendship.
