Ministries, sectors, and localities were urged to launch communication campaigns on major national holidays, diplomatic anniversaries between Vietnam and other countries, and important national cultural-political events. The conference called for close cooperation at all levels in dealing with sensitive issues and winning international and overseas Vietnamese support to achieve the goals set by the Government Action Program to implement the external information strategy.
