(VOVworld) – A ceremony has been held in Thailand to celebrate the 70th founding anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Public Security Force and the 10th year of the “All people protect the national security” movement on August 19.

Vietnamese Ambassador to Thailand Nguyen Tat Thanh reviewed the development history of the force which has always been loyal to the Party and government.

Over the past 70 years, the force has developed vigorously and become a crucial armed force that has contributed greatly to Vietnam’s revolutionary triumphs.

Ambassador Thanh expressed his belief that the cooperative ties among law enforcement agencies of Vietnam and Thailand will experience new developments for mutual benefits of the two peoples and within the framework of the current strategic partnership.
