Vietnam’s exports to Singapore surge

(VOVworld) - Vietnam’s exports to Singapore reached 554 million USD in the first quarter of 2013, up 30%. The Vietnamese Embassy in Singapore said that Singapore’s imports from all other markets fell by 9%. Vietnam mainly exported mobile phones and components, crude oil, glassware, machinery, equipment, tools, and spare parts.

Mobile phones and components along with machinery, equipment, tools, and spare parts earned over 100 million USD. Crude oil reappeared on the list after an absence in the first quarter of 2012.
