The Vietnamese Party and State always honor the tradition of humanity in their policies, and internal and external activities. President Sang stressed the need to strengthen cooperation between the Red Cross Society with ministries, sectors, organizations, enterprises and donors inside and outside the country in order to improve the living conditions of disadvantaged people. “I highly appreciate the signatories of this cooperation agreement which reflects their responsibility for assisting disadvantaged people to improve their lives. On this occasion, I call on donors to contribute further to the Red Cross Society’s activities. Mass media agencies need to promote the objective and significance of humanitarian activities and honor outstanding donors”, said President Sang.
