On Thursday, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent an urgent telegram to the leaders of Dak Lak, Khanh Hoa, Gia Lai, and Lam Dong provinces, requesting a prompt assessment of houses that had collapsed, been swept away, or required rebuilding or repair. The Prime Minister requested that all housing repairs be completed by November 30, 2025, and construction of new houses be finished no later than January 31, 2026, to ensure that people have safe and stable housing in time for the Lunar New Year. On November 23, Dien Dien Commune became the first area in Khanh Hoa Province to distribute support funds to residents.

Efforts to address the aftermath of flash floods and landslides are being carried out urgently, with the goal of stabilizing people's lives as quickly as possible.
