Once a wasteland and damaged by flood, the area has now been transformed into a large garden by the authorities and people of Ba Dinh district.
The garden is filled with daisies and cosmos, creating a bright yellow patch that lights up the entire area.
Members of the Ba Dinh District Women's Union take care of the flower garden everyday.
