In an interview with the media, goalkeeper Dang Van Lam shows his delight and eagerness to see his teammates after two years of not playing for the national squad. The 28-year-old goalie who is playing for a Japanese side is taking steps to adapt to the new time zone and weather in Saudi Arabia.
The Vietnamese team will continue to train in Riyadh and will play their first match of the World Cup qualifying round against Saudi Arabia on September 3rd.
