The exhibition opens on August 23 at the Ho Chi Minh City Museum.
Visitors have an opportunity to explore a range of documents, images, and artifacts which highlight the Thang Long Imperial Citadel's journey to become a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2010 as well as its global value.
An architectural model dating back from the Le Dynasty in the 15th century leaves a strong impression on visitors. The more-than-500-year-old structure illustrates the popular architectural style during the Le Dynasty period.
National treasures include a 2,000-year-old bronze drum from the Dong Son Culture.
The exhibition also showcases a range of artifacts and collections featuring dragon motifs that the Vietnamese Government has recognized as national treasures.
The exhibition draws attention from both locals and tourists.

Thang Long Imperial Citadel treasures on display in Ho Chi Minh City

(VOVWORLD) - The capital city of Hanoi has brought its rich history and cultural heritage to Ho Chi Minh City through an exhibition displaying a range of national treasures of Thang Long Imperial Citadel in the lead up to 70 years of the capital’s liberation (October 10).
