Nguyen Bao Ngan, the café’s owner, said the “Voice of Vietnam” check-in corner has drawn the most visitors. Here, people can once again hear President Ho Chi Minh’s reading of the Declaration of Independence along with selected broadcasts from the Voice of Vietnam. Ngan’s team hopes to make this space a reminder of national pride.
