1. It is ordered and decreed by the Dong Thap provincial People's Court that Mrs. Ho Ngoc Vuon, the petitioner, and Mr. Phothong Somrith, the respondent, are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. Mrs. Ho Ngoc Vuon has to pay the court fee. The payment is deducted from the court fee advance Mrs. Vuon made on July 31, 2017 at the Dong Thap provincial Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, receipt No. 17265.
3. The petitioner has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling to a higher court in Ho Chi Minh city within 15 days after the decree is announced.
4. The duration for Mr. Phothong Somrith to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling are twelve months after the decree is announced.
