Thousands of flowers bloom under iconic Long Bien Bridge

Phuc Xa - Ba Dinh flower wharf, a project in Ba Dinh district, Hanoi was inaugurated last month.

The area beneath the historic Long Bien bridge is now a garden full of blooming flowers, attracting hundreds of visitors everyday.

Once a wasteland and damaged by flood, the area has now been transformed into a large garden by the authorities and people of Ba Dinh district.

The garden is filled with daisies and cosmos, creating a bright yellow patch that lights up the entire area.

Members of the Ba Dinh District Women's Union take care of the flower garden everyday.

Upon its opening, the garden quickly becomes a hotspot for photographers.

The perfect time for a photoshoot is during sunset, when the yellow flowers are bathed in a mesmerizing golden light.

Phuc Xa-Ba Dinh flower wharf, which symbolizes the hope for a green and happy life, is currently free of charge to all visitors.

There is a parking lot next to the garden (2 cents/motorbike, 1.18 USD/car).
