There are no common children, jointly owned property, or joint debts.
Within one (1) month from the date of this notice, Mr. Ngo Van Nhan is requested to submit a written response regarding Ms. Dao Kim Chi's divorce petition. Any written response must be consularly legalized and sent to the following address:
People's Court of Region 3, 246 Phan Van Tri Street, Nhon Loc 2 Hamlet, Phong Dien Commune, Can Tho City, Vietnam.
If no response is received within the above-mentioned period, the People's Court of Region 3, Can Tho City, will proceed to adjudicate the case in accordance with the law.
