(VOVworld) – The 65th anniversary of the orchestra of Radio Voice of Vietnam (VOV) took place in Hanoi on Monday. The celebration was attended by VOV President Nguyen Dang Tien, representatives of VOV affiliates, and the orchestra’s leaders and artists.

The VOV orchestra was founded in December 15, 1949. Its singers and musicians have recorded a great deal of musical work, typical of different periods of Vietnam’s history. They have contributed significantly to the development of Vietnamese music.
The orchestra is currently paying attention to improving its recording and mixing quality to meet the rising standard for music played on VOV’s media channels.
