(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnam Artificial Intelligence Festival AI4VN, with the theme "Strength for Life" opens in HCM City on Thursday. Organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology and VnExpress online newspaper, the Festival aims to popularize AI applications, create incentives for AI development and connect state agencies with businesses.

During the 2-day festival there will be 4 main activities including AI Expo, AI Workshop, AI Summit and AI Concert, as well as sideline activities. The AI Expo activities will engage policymakers, leading experts in artificial intelligence, technology businesses, and Vietnamese and foreign investors as well as the AI community in Vietnam.
At the main forum, delegates will share stories and propose solutions to develop an AI ecosystem in Vietnam. AI4VN 2023 is expected to provide a panorama of Vietnam’s application development and businesses’ responses in the AI ecosystem. It will create opportunities to promote and commercialize AI products and solutions.
A series of seminars and sideline discussions will revolve around the future of AI in business, the responsible use of AI, AI in the financial sector, and AI and big data application in healthcare. The speakers and experts will also discuss solutions to current challenges and maximizing the benefits of AI. This is an opportunity for Vietnamese and international experts to exchange experience and explore investment opportunities.
AI Expo has 30 booths displaying products of businesses and AI applications in economics, science, agriculture, and education. The exhibit area is divided into AI for family, AI for businesses, and AI for healthcare, banks, and schools.
At the exhibition area and AI Shows, visitors can experience AI products and then give comment and suggestions to improve the product or learn more about new technologies while businesses have the opportunity to promote their products to users. The exhibition has 10 recruitment booths of domestic businesses and corporations with recruitment specialists who will provide career guidance and consultancy for jobs in the technology field.
After 5 years, AI4VN has become the leading science and technology event in Vietnam, attracting many management agencies, technology corporations, research agencies, and technology enthusiasts. Through this year's activities, AI4VN 2023 continues to prove to be a prestigious scientific event, contributing to the development of the AI ecosystem in Vietnam.
