(VOVWORLD) - 11 new cases of COVID-19 community transmission were confirmed Monday evening in Da Nang city.
The latest cases raise Vietnam’s total infections to 431, active cases to 66, and community transmissions recorded in the last three days to 15, according to the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control.
The new patients, aged between 24 and 70, include seven who are under treatment and four health workers at Da Nang Hospital.
They are being quarantined and treated at the hospital.
Da Nang plans to impose social distancing for 14 days, starting midnight on Monday.
