(VOVworld) – A charity art performance program called “One heart-one world” will be held in Hanoi on Sunday in response to Vietnam’s Day for People with Disabilities on April 18^th.

The program, the 11^th of its kind, will direct public attention to vocational training and job generation for the disabled and orphans. Nguyen Dinh Lieu, President of the Association for the Support of Vietnamese Handicapped and Orphans, said: “Our association has been mobilizing resources for a program on vocational training and job generation over the last decade. We have trained 15,500 people with disabilities and orphaned children, two thirds of which now have a job. We have taken part in the national target program and 80% of people with disabilities have been given a job.”
