Two completed houses which serve as models for building the remainder, were handed over to two families in Cu M’gar district.

The budget of 2.4 million USD was mobilized by the Ministry from businesses and private donors. Each house costs approximately 3,200 USD, of which the Ministry pays about 2,000, and the rest is financed by the Dak Lak provincial police and local authorities. Construction labor is contributed by the community.

According to Deputy Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang, the project aims to raise the local standard of living and consolidate trust in the Party, State, and local authorities.

Construction of the remaining houses is expected to be completed by September 2, ahead of the province’s 120th founding anniversary (November 22).
