(VOVworld) – The 2014 Spring Economic Forum opened on Monday in Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province.

The event is an opportunity for experts to review 2013’s economic situation and macro policies and make policy proposals for this year. The forum served as a basis for the National Assembly’s Economic Committee to assess the implementation of the National Assembly’s 2013 socio-economic development plan and focused on reforms of economic institutions in the comprehensive renewal process.
